What are the dates for the next Strange Folk Festival?

How do I become a vendor?
Strange Folk is a juried event. Applications go live on our site starting June 1st, 2011, and stay up until June 31st. There is no fee to apply. All applicants will be juried and notified of our decision by July 15th, 2011. We will choose 150 vendors and 15 alternates. The fee for each chosen vendor is $100.
How do I get my band booked?
We will send out a notice when we are ready to start choosing bands for 2011. Please don’t e-mail us promo shpeels!
How do I sign up for concessions?
First, e-mail us that you are interested(strangefolkfestival@gmail.com), and then we will need to double check that your menu items don’t overlap other vendors. After that, you submit a form (generally available in May) with your payment and space requirements. Fees range from $75-$150 depending on the kind of power/equipment you need.
What’s this about non-profits?
We love working with them! If your organization can provide a service, activity, or exhibit, and we feel that it fits in with the spirit of the festival, then lets talk about bartering a space for you to set up to raise awareness and/or funds!
